 Mr. Guerriero is involved in a broad range of intellectual property litigation and has experience in complex patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret disputes, among other areas of intellectual property practice. A substantial portion of his practice also includes all aspects of trademark and copyright prosecution. A graduate of Drexel University with a degree in Biology, Mr. Guerriero received his law degree cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 1997. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Guerriero was a research assistant at the Lankenau Medical Research Center (now Lankenau Institute for Medical Research) in Wynnewood, PA.
