Mr. Bassler's practice includes all aspects of Intellectual Property law with an emphasis on pharmaceutical litigation. He is a registered patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Virginia. A cum laude graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a degree in biochemistry, Mr. Bassler holds a masters degree in genetics from Clemson University (1998) and a law degree from the College of William and Mary (2001). Mr. Bassler is a member of the Intellectual Property Owners Association, the Virginia Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
