Dr. Li's practice comprises all aspects of intellectual property law, including analyzing, procuring, challenging and enforcing patents, trademarks and copyrights on behalf of individuals, small businesses, research institutions and multinational corporations. Her patent practice encompasses a wide variety of technologies, particularly chemical, biotech, pharmaceutical, material, laboratory automation and medical device technologies. Dr. Li is a registered patent attorney licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Dr. Li is fluent in Chinese as well as English.
