After a long career as lead counsel in ANDA cases, Alan Bernstein is now serving in an advisory capacity to, and as an expert witness in, ANDA litigation. In addition to his ANDA practice, Mr. Bernstein has been involved in United States and foreign prosecutions in the mechanical, chemical, pharmaceutical, biomedical and biotechnical disciplines for over 40 years. He has also had extensive experience in interference proceedings in the chemical field and has arbitrated patent matters. Mr. Bernstein is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
